Getting the right stone to the right place at the right time is as important as the quality of the stone itself. At Santoshi Stone, we manage the full logistics chain — from our Budhpura factory to the loading port, and through trusted freight partners to your destination anywhere in the world.
We handle road transport, port coordination, freight booking, and documentation in-house — so there are no gaps in the chain, no third-party surprises, and no confusion about who is responsible at any stage.
From the moment your order enters production, you are never left wondering where your stone is. We provide proactive updates at every milestone — production complete, packed, loaded, and on the water.
Shipping Modes
We offer four shipping options to suit every order size, urgency, and destination — from a sample pallet to a full commercial container load.
FCL Sea Freight
Full Container Load — 20ft and 40ft containers to major international ports. The most cost-effective option for large orders. We load from Kandla and Mundra ports in Gujarat, with connections to Europe, Americas, Australia, Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
LCL Sea Freight
Less than Container Load — groupage shipments for medium and smaller orders. Ideal for importers who need flexibility without committing to a full container. We consolidate with trusted freight forwarders to keep costs competitive.
Air Freight
Available for sample shipments and small urgent orders where speed outweighs cost. We handle air cargo documentation and coordinate factory-to-airport pickup — so your samples arrive quickly and in perfect condition.
Domestic Road Transport
Factory-to-port and factory-to-site trucking managed directly by our in-house logistics team. We work with dedicated transport partners from Budhpura — ensuring the critical first leg of every shipment is as well-managed as the international portion.
Available Incoterms
We deliver to the port and load onto the vessel. You arrange and pay for international freight and insurance from that point onward.
We cover the cost of goods, sea freight, and marine insurance to your destination port. The most popular option for first-time buyers.
We cover the cost of goods and sea freight to your destination port. Marine insurance is arranged separately by the buyer.
Goods made available at our Budhpura factory. Buyer arranges all transport, export clearance, and freight from our gate.
Our Primary Export Ports
Kandla Port, Gujarat
Our primary loading port for most international shipments. Kandla (Deendayal Port) is one of India's largest and best-connected ports — with frequent sailings to Europe, the UK, USA, Australia, and the Middle East, and competitive freight rates that benefit our buyers directly.
Mundra Port, Gujarat
India's largest private port and our secondary loading point. Mundra offers excellent connectivity to Southeast Asia, East Africa, and the Americas — with strong container handling infrastructure and flexible scheduling for stone exports.
